Projects

Projects are the foundation of Produck and where your tasks are organized. You can group projects inside folders, and any task can be part of multiple projects.

To create a project, just click on the “Create” button in the top left corner of your workspace and select “New Project…”

In the project settings (accessible when editing a project or creating a new one), you can customize the project’s appearance and permissions:

General: Choose a name for your project and select a color to more easily identify it.

Members: Manage who from your team has access by adding and removing members.

What members can do on a project and its tasks is defined by the role(s) each member belongs to. To learn more about this, read Roles and Permissions Builder.
