People (aka Team Settings)

From this setting, you can manage the people who belong to your team: invite new members, remove current members, and follow up with pending invites.

The list of active members shows every member of your organization.

To add new members, just click on the button “Invite New Member”. This opens the invite modal where you can invite one or more people either by entering email addresses or by copying the invite link.

When you enter an email address and send the invitation, the person you invited will be added to the Pending Invites list and will receive an email to confirm the invite.

While you wait for that user to join your team, the person will show as “Pending” in the member settings for folder, project, and sprint settings and will be shown on the assignee dropdown as well.

Note: Each of these members (active and pending) counts as a user for billing purposes.
