Organize Tasks into Projects

A single task can be in multiple projects at the same time. The best way to understand this is to think of projects as a type of label.

There are several ways to add a task to a project:

In a task’s details view, the toolbar on the top shows the projects the task is part of. Here you can remove or add projects for this task.

In the list of tasks, there is a column for projects. Here you can also remove or add projects where this task should be included.

Use Case Tip
Create one project for your success team and one for your product team. Identify the tasks created by your success team to move into production by adding the Product Team project label to them. This keeps everyone on the same page and avoids having duplicates.

When a task doesn’t belong to any project, it will appear in the drafts section of the task creator.
